The terms for using Trunk.

The service

Trunk captures a running product from an address you give it, turns it into pages, components, variants, icons, tokens and a journey, and lets your team edit them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account and by the people you invite. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you capture

You keep every right you have in your product and in the designs you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Trunk to you.

Capture only products you own or have permission to capture. Do not use Trunk to copy someone else's product, to get around a login you were not given, or to load a site in a way that harms it.

Do not capture real patient records, health data or other sensitive personal data. Sign in with test accounts that hold made-up data. Trunk is not built for that data and signs no HIPAA business associate agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law with Trunk, attack it, resell it, or use it to send traffic to addresses on private networks. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and payment

Every company starts with a free month that needs no card. Team is charged per editing seat, monthly or annually, in advance. People who only view do not need a seat.

A plan renews until you cancel. Cancel in Billing and the plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the company becomes read-only and nothing is deleted. You can export it or delete it at any time. Seats added mid-period are charged for the time left. An annual plan is refunded in full if you cancel in the first 30 days. Other payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Team includes a number of AI actions each month. Extra actions are charged at the price on Pricing. An action that fails is not counted.

AI results

AI actions draw from your own product's tokens and components. Check the result before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you ship.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Trunk running and do not promise it always will be. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms or prices, we tell account owners by email at least 30 days before.

Ending

You can delete your company at any time. We can end an account that breaks these terms. On ending, your data is deleted as the Privacy page describes.

Liability

Trunk is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or lost data.
